Whether you are new to working with a third-party warehouse or have been in the field for years, we’ve answered some common questions to make your day a little easier.
Yes. Some of our locations are food grade certified.
Our locations can handle flat bed, dry van, and containers.
All locations can handle pallets that are 8’, or shorter, and 5k lbs. or less. Inquiry if you have freight outside these specs; we may be able to help.
We have a rug pole and can handle rolls of carpet.
Our locations can lift 2,000 lb. drums from above with our drum lifting attachment.
Our locations have 1-2 docks available, and an outdoor forklift.
No. Not at this time.
Yes we have warehouse locations near the I-4, I-75, and I-275 highways in Tampa. We are close to Port Tampa Bay, the TPA airport, and other logistics hubs in Tampa.
Yes, each building is equipped with a water sprinkler system, security system, and security cameras.
Appointments are required. The warehouse is staffed Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
We can accommodate urgent move-in when required. Appointments are required. Once rates are agreed upon and paperwork is complete we can start to receive freight.
Our main location is 6708 North 54th St. Tampa, FL 33610. We also have a second location in West Tampa.
The warehouse is mostly bulk floor storage. There is some racking and shelving at the warehouse.
The warehouse has 5k lb capacity forklifts, manual and electric pallet jacks, 2k lb capacity overhead drum lifting forklift attachment, rug pole, 7ft fork extensions, dock high doors, and other standard warehouse equipment.
Warehousing Etc is flexible. Our clients that store goods for a short period do not have a long-term contract; the agreement is for as long as the freight needs to be stored. Our long-term clients agree to an annual contract that can be cancelled with 60 days notice by either party.

Yes Warehousing Etc can help with returns processing and reverse logistics.
Warehousing Etc uses several systems to achieve a streamline operation for our customers. We use OpenBoxes for inventory and warehouse management. The warehouse uses ShipStation as a Transportation Management System to generate shipping labels, and to seamlessly connect to our customers’ order sources. We use a proprietary Order Management System for our customers to view and manage their orders and inventory.
Yes our facilities are compliant with local and federal safety regulations.
Yes our system integrates with most online order sources, such as Shopify and WooCommerce. We also have an online portal where customers can login and place their own orders in our system. See the full list of systems we can integrate with here.
